Hi, I'm Marienna Mercedes Joiner, founder of ACQHer Academy. Over the last decade, I've helped build, scale, and optimize businesses through marketing, automation, systems, and strategic growth.
As the founder of multiple companies, I've worked behind the scenes with more than 300 businesses, helping implement the systems, processes, and revenue strategies needed to grow sustainably.
Along the way, I learned something important: most business owners don't have a marketing or sales problem — they have a systems problem.
After years of managing teams, clients, operations, and hundreds of moving parts, I experienced firsthand what happens when growth outpaces infrastructure. I hit burnout trying to manually manage what should have been automated. That's when I became obsessed with finding better ways to scale through systems, automation, AI, and strategic partnerships.
What started as a solution to my own business challenges became the foundation for ACQHer. Today, ACQHer exists to help founders build revenue-generating systems that create predictable growth — while creating opportunities for women to build wealth as Revenue Systems Partners.
